1 cup orange juice

Ice cubes (optional)


Add the orange juice, vanilla yogurt or almond milk, and frozen banana to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add 1-2 droppers of Creamsicle CBD tincture.

Blend again briefly to mix.

If a colder smoothie is desired, add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
