We do not currently ship to: Alaska, California, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia.
We ship orders during normal business hours, Monday – Friday. Orders will be shipped within 1-2* business days.
Our free shipping option is UPS Ground (3-5 business days). Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can trace the status of your package every step of the way! If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email email@example.com with subject line “MISSING TRACKING LINK”. In the body, include the full name used on the order and the date the order was placed.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order through your order history in your account! If you’re still having trouble, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the title “Missing Tracking Link”.
